Furniture Warranty - Typically, all furniture is backed by a 1 Year Manufacturer's Furniture Warranty against manufacturing defects. Certain furniture manufacturers may have longer term warranties. Furniture Dealers do not guarantee the furniture durability, color fastness, fade resistance or shrinkage of fabrics, vinyl or leather furniture products. Furniture Dealers make no warranty of merchantability. There are no warranties beyond those given by the furniture manufacturer. Furniture Dealers will assist the customer in processing Furniture Warranty claims with the Furniture manufacturer.
Furniture Assembly - Some furniture items require assembly. We strongly recommend choosing in home furniture delivery and set-up as a shipping method so the furniture assembly is provided by the Furniture Delivery Service. All customer picked furniture will be given in original furniture packaging and the furniture assembly must be made by the customer. Please read carefully all instructions before starting assembling the furniture. Do not discard the furniture packaging before finding all hardware. Very often small furniture parts, tools or hardware is packed in the foam or may be fallen or hidden in the furniture packaging.
Furniture Specifications - All dimensions listed for furniture products are approximate and are reported on the websites to the best of our knowledge. Furniture Dealers do not guarantee color matching. All furniture is made individually and subject to variance in wood grain, dye lot and other variables in the process that cannot be prevented. Furniture Delivery and Furniture Shipping:
Furniture Shipping- Usually, Furniture Dealers use their own trucks. This way they can make sure your furniture will arrive undamaged. The furniture will be brought inside your home, placed where you would like it and all debris will be removed. Furniture Dealers cannot guarantee an inside delivery with situations involving stairs. Please contact them for information.
Cost of Local Furniture Deliveries: The Furniture Delivery Cost is usually added at check out. There may be an additional charge of $10 per item per flight after the 1st flight. For example, a 3-piece sectional sofa being delivered to a 4th floor walk-up (3 flights) would be charged + $30; second + $30; third flight = $60 extra. Furniture Dealers ask all customers to measure all doorways, hallways and elevators to ensure furniture fit.
Furniture Tax- Furniture Dealers do not collect or report sales tax on any order shipped outside of Furniture Dealers' State. Furniture Dealers will collect the appropriate tax on all orders delivered in the Furniture Dealers State. The tax will be added to your final total.
Furniture Timeframe - All lead times are approximate and subject to change at any time. Furniture Dealers promise to do the best they can to get your product to you within the specified timeframe. As usual, in stock furniture orders will be delivered within 1 week. Out of stock furniture orders 2-6 weeks.
Furniture Delivery Procedure - Local furniture delivery is delivered in the home, set up and debris removed. Some products will require minor assembly. Typically, the furniture merchandise is carefully checked prior to delivery. Please take the time to personally and thoroughly inspect the furniture while the delivery persons are present. If there should be any furniture problems, do not sign any forms before contacting Customer Service where the Furniture Dealers will assist you. Your signature is the acknowledging that the furniture has arrived undamaged and to your satisfaction.
Furniture Payment:
Furniture Payment Methods -Visa, Master Card and American Express are all acceptable forms of payment. Furniture must be delivered to the cardholders billing address on the account. Please contact the Furniture Dealers if you have any questions about this policy. Some online Furniture Dealers accept Paypal or provide opportunity for a Furniture Financing.
Furniture Deposit - Typically, a deposit equal to 1/3 of the net furniture purchase price is required to commence a Furniture Order or reserve furniture merchandise. Furniture Balances are due in full prior to furniture delivery.
Furniture Cancellations and Furniture Returns:
Furniture Return Policy - Usually, the Furniture Dealers will make refunds within 7-10 days of purchase providing the merchandise is returned in original factory packaging and in new condition. Customers are responsible for the actual round trip shipping charge and a 25% restocking fee. Refunds are usually in the form of a store credit or credited back to the original credit card. Furniture Dealers do not give cash refunds at any time.
